Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Facility and Fundraising Scheduling Policy: Summer 2025 – Spring 2026

 Facility Scheduling

All groups planning to use MBS facilities for any meeting or event must schedule through the church office by submitting a FACILITIES REQUEST via the link on our website.

For organizations requesting multiple or recurring dates, please include all dates in the notes section of the scheduling form. Be sure to provide the exact dates and times needed, including any additional time required for setup.

Facility availability for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, will be scheduled based on the following priorities:

  • MBS Ministries: Please submit preferred meeting dates and times, along with the expected number of attendees, by on or after May 15, 2025.
  • MBS Approved Organizations: Please submit preferred meeting dates and times, including the expected number of attendees on or after May 30, 2025.
  •  Non-MBS Organizations: Must schedule four weeks prior to an event, complete a facilities usage agreement, and provide proof of or purchase a liability umbrella policy. If purchased, the organization is responsible for the cost.

In the event of scheduling conflicts, the church office will facilitate a resolution.

Please note that it may not be possible to accommodate facility dates and room preferences. All scheduling requests submitted must include the expected number of attendees to ensure the appropriate room is reserved.  A scheduling confirmation email will be sent once the facility use form is submitted.  Another confirmation email will be  sent once the room(s) have been scheduled.

Fundraising Policy

All fundraising activities, including raffles, bake sales, meals, and events, must be scheduled with the church office at least 60 days prior to any public announcement. Public promotion of fundraising activities is prohibited without prior approval from the church office. To request approval, please complete the online Facility Request Form, which can be found below.

For church promotion of fundraising activities via social media, bulletin publications, or posted notices, please provide visual content to mbsevents@mbsbr.org. For school promotion of fundraising via social media and newsletter publications, please provide visual content to pleier@mbsbr.org. The following graphic submission dimensions and resolutions are recommended:

All individuals or groups scheduling facilities or organizing fundraising events are required to download, print, and sign the Facility and Fundraising Agreement Policy Acknowledgment Form. The completed form must be submitted to MBS either via email to facilityrequests@mbsbr.org or you may bring it in person to the church.
